I've only ever had a tattoo done through India. Getting tattooed by India was very comfortable. I never really had tattoos done before, and I guess I had an image of what that experience would be like. Getting tattooed by India was more calm, and it was a really safe space. So I enjoyed the experience, not just the artwork that she produced, but also the experience of getting tattooed.

The thing that struck me about India was how empathetic and sensitive she was. Whatever came up, she was very accepting. I enjoyed our conversations almost as much as I enjoyed the tattoos. For me, it was the whole thing. It was the experience. It was really meaningful to me.
