I have done a lot of healing over the last several years and it was important for me to have something on my body to represent that movement into a place of healing. Getting the tattoo was very emotional, and very connected. Not only did I feel that India understood what I was needing, she understood my body and how the design needed to sit on my body. It was a beautiful experience. I would do it again and again if I could.
